Veterans Day & Jersey Week-how crowded

DSIL was telling me that they were going to go down over Veterans Day to WDW since their kids already have off 5 days. I was telling her about what I read about Jersey Week and now she's worried. She's gone to WDW in early May and Sept. How are the crowds compared to then? Are they as big as Easter, and what about average wait times-is everything 45min-1hr? Her current dates are Wed Nov5-Tues 12. If she shifted them to Sun Nov9-Sat Nov15, would the crowds be lower? Help please!

I would imagine that it would most likely be one of the most busiest weeks during the fall (not counting the holidays). There are also the crowds from the following:

food and Wine festival runs until Nov. 16.

Super soap weekend: Nov. 8 & 9

Festivals of the Masters: Nov. 7-9

While these activities run in certain areas (F&W/EPCOT, SS/MGM, Fof the M/DTD), they still each bring in crowds and visitors to the area.

New Jersey schools always have those days Off (2 days for state teachers conference, election day and some schools have Veterans Day too) and, historically, it's not such a busy time at Disney. Maybe busier than other fall weeks, but not so much to worry about I would think. I"ll be going then for the first time!
