Veteran DVC/ers Best time to buy AKV??

I know that there are no guarantees, but historically, when has it been the best time to buy into a new DVC resort?? Do you think that this will be the best time to buy into AKV? how long have the incentives usually lasted?? (gotta get my $$ together!!)

Close this week on SSR 160 points ,and really want a 140-150 point add on!! thanks!!

I don't think anyone can say when best time, If AKV sales go good disney won't have any promo's. AKV is small compared to SSR, noise on the board sounds like AKV should sell out quick.

Tradionally the lowest price offered is the first one. Now Disney always has incentives but that's usually as good as it gets. YMMV And of course there's the "inital" resale. It seems to me that about a year after opening when dues and reality set in that at least SOME folks will bail. Those resales tend to be cheaper since they are competing with Disney while Disney is still running the "discounts, promos" etc.

Yes, but last night I cruised over to several other popular Disney message boards. NOT A PEEP LOL! So this board may not reflect reality!
