Very quick question re: BC incentives

This is sort of a silly question, but is the $5 off per point for purchases over 100 points open to *everyone*, or just current DVC members? If someone is considering buying into DVC for the first time, they are eligible for the incentive, aren't they?

Incentives are for new members too.

The incentives apply to new puchasers; minimum buy in is 150 points as a new purchaser.
