very nice gesture of housekeeping at OKW

when checking into OKW there was not a ground floor hdcp room available.

After we got to the room housekeeping called and the engineers came over and put in a portable shower head for me since I am not able to get fully in the shower right now and stand and take a shower or sit in the tub - due to not being moble and having my ankle fusion and a cast up to my knee and not being able to walk on the "good" foot due to problems, leaves me imobile w/o some kind of help.

I just thought it was very nice of them to do that. They advised me that if there is anything else that would aid me just to let them know and it would be installed.
