We have booked at Pop Century and reservation start 9th-18th , we will be arriving around 3AM, yes very early in the morning or very late at night. Will we be able to check in at that time or should we find a hotel in Orlando?

We will be driving in from Virginia.

If I need to find a hotel in town any suggestions where?

Thank you for your help!!

If you do online check in and have magic bands, you should be able to go straight to your room - you'll get a text mid-afternoon with your room number, but I believe there should be someone at the front desk 24/7 if needed.

I've arrived well after midnight several times, it's not a problem. Disney gets guests from all over the world (though fewer now than in the past) so they are used to all sorts of arrival times. 3AM to us would be a reasonable hour to someone from overseas.

Anyway, whether you want to get to the resort of check in someone else for the rest of the night is up to you. If you are flying in, you may want to get to sleep earlier than you would if you get to the resort. There's a hotel right in the airport that we have used for late flights before. So nice to grab bags and walk over to the Hyatt and in to a room in 5 min. It takes at least 30 to drive to Disney. At that hour, 30 min is a lot. But we've done the option of on to Disney too. Lots depends on what our next day plans are

What @eeyoresbestfriend said is 100% correct. We arrived a bit earlier then you, but opted to stay at the SpringHll Suites at Flamingo Crossing with a rental call, checked in the next morning and dropped our bags off, returned the car and hit the parks.

The stop somewhere or keep going is really up to you.

I've arrived around 2am and gone to WDW, gotten my room, and been able to unpack before going to the parks so that I was all settled after my first full day in the parks. (Or you could get out what you need for the next day, go to sleep, and then unpack when you get back - but you're already partly settled in.)

I've done the stay at the Hyatt at MCO (I fly - I don't drive) and get up early to get DME (insert sad face) to my resort, stored my luggage, gone to the park, and done the unpack thing when I was good and tired after being in the park and I just wanted to sleep.

I've done the above scenario and been lucky enough to get into a room early and got unpacked before going to the parks and that was better...but ultimately I've decided I like just getting there so I don't have to deal with unpacking after a long day in the park.
