Our plane won't land on MCO until 9:50 PM. I'm sure there won't be any problem (it is disney, afterall:D ) but I would like to hear other DISers' experiences with late check in. I have seen similar threads before but the search function is down.

Oh, and what can we expect with car services in terms of pick-up and grocery stop at such late hour?

Thanks in advance.:D

Late check-ins are no problem. There is someone staffing the check-in desks 24 hours a day. If you don't like your room location, you may have to wait until the next morning to move if the resort is full.

Your towncar service will ask when your flight is, and if they operate at those hours, they will take your reservations and they will be there when your plane arrives. Most Publix and the Super Wal-Mart are open 24 hours a day, so a grocery stop should be no problem.

If you are using Mears, they run 24 hours, but no grocery stop.

Not sure about car services, since I always rent a car. But as for the late check in, I have arrived as late as 2am and never had a problem. All keys, etc were waiting for me in an envelope and it was as though they were expecting me. I did note that arrival would be very late when I confirmed my reservation. The room was beautiful and in a great location.
