Very disappointed with our coordinator

Does anyone have an email for an event manager or maybe a phone number that I can speak to someone about our upcoming wedding? Things are not going well at all as far as planning, and I want to see what I can do about it. I need someone 'higher up' than a wedding coordinator.

My dad actually has the phone number of the person in charge of all of them. I will get you the information. My dad called him on another matter, but he was very nice and very pleasant!

who is your coordinator? I was unhappy with mine at first after a great experience with my Sales Manager, but she got better as we went along, now i'm really happy with her.

sometimes you have to. I was at about the 6 month point and i was frustrated with Karen, it was taking her forever to get back to me! Then we went to the planning session and that i think changed my mind. She was so accomodating and great with us! I started hearing from her more and more after that. It could be that you dont hear from them too much until your planning session and then once all of that gets started, they work with you alot more! Not to mention I was frustrated also b/c she was going out on maternity leave so everything got turned over to Maxine, and she was great as well. now karen is back and i'm happy!
