I agree with (Jen) Pixiedustholidays. Book with a travel agent specializing in Disney. We love what we are doing and it shows. I just returned from Walt Disney World to see everything new that had opened up since my last trip in 2006. I am a travel agent specializing in Disney and I would never let any of my customers leave without knowing what parks they are doing on what days, the first attraction they will be doing each day, have reservations for table service restaurants. know about counter service restaurants, know everything about fastpass, etc. etc. I have had many people who didn't think they wanted the dining plan and then decided shortly after booking that they did. Absolutely no problem to add that on. It's different if you booked with any internet company. That is probably a packaged deal and good luck on getting a hold of a live person who knows much about Disney and can actually help you. I do wish you good luck though on adding the dining plan, I do think it is well worth it.
