Just made my airline ressie's for my upcoming WDW trip in September? I am flying in on Southwest Airlines....can I use ME if flying on the airline? Can I personally make ressies for ME even if I booked my disney package through a travel agency??? and how far out can I book??? Thanks for your help it is greatly appreciated :thumbsup2

Yes, on Southwest. What you can not do at this point is resort check-in (when
you're leaving) for Southwest. Simply put, on the day you are leaving WDW take your luggage with you on the ME coach and check your bags at the airport. You may want to inquire at the front desk of your resort 24 hours prior to flight departure for check-in and boarding passes. Better chance of getting an A or at least a B boarding card.

Who makes the ressie? I believe the TA will have to do this. ME is linked to your resort confirmation number. If you have that then you may be able to do it yourself. There is a 1-800 number for ME. Call the TA to have them do that. You'll need arr/dep dates and flight numbers. If the TA does make the ressie for you, you can still call the 1-800 number to insure they have you in the system.

Yes, you can make them now! And you should receive your ME package 3 weeks prior to departure. :thumbsup2

I would think you could do one of two things:

Contact the travel agent you used and have them add Magical Express to your reservation.

Call Disney directly and add yourselves to your reservation.

Come'on September!!! we're going Sept 14-20
