Has anyone tried to send a bottle to a specfic person? It says this can be done, I just don't understand how

If you click on the compass after you choose a bottle and type your message you can add an email address you want it sent to along with your name as email address.

Click on the bottle that says send again on the bottom right and it will put up a blank scroll type something in and then click send again...
