Vero Room Questions

I am thinking about going to VB next year either before or after we go to BWV. I usually stay in a 1 bedroom (with 3 kids) what type of room should I stay in at VB?
What are the rooms like?

Hi Steve on LI!! DH and I stayed at VB last month. It was just the two of us so we stayed in a deluxe ocean view room--which was in the main building. We did not need the kitchen (me? cook on vacation?! I think not! ) or the extra space. In our room, we had two queen size beds, a full balcony with an excellent view, a mini kitchen that had the sink, fridge, microwave. We also the full bath with hairdryer, etc...

It was a great room for just us. If you are looking for more space, I am sure that the 1 and 2 bedroom villas are probably comparable to those at other DVC resorts and someone can probably tell you better than I could. We loved VB...just be sure to lock your balcony door...you never know what could happen! Have fun!

The one bedroom at Vero is a tad larger, I think, than the one bedroom at BWV. The living room/kitchen area definitely seem larger because you do have a table an four chairs to use for dining, which you don't at BWV. I have stayed in a 1BR at Vero and enjoyed it. However, you are not guaranteed an ocean view unless you book an ocean view inn room. Vero is a fun resort, very different from WDW, but a really nice change. Lots for kids to do. Enjoy!

The 1 bedroom we had in March at Vero Beach was laid out very much like the 1 bedrooms at OKW. The square footage might not be as big as OKW but it certainly is bigger that the BWV units, with the kitchen/dining area being larger. We loved Vero Beach - it was a relaxing vacation! Enjoy.
