Vero in January?

Tell me all about Vero Beach in January. My husband and I are headed down for a mom & dad weekend away over MLK weekend. What is the weather like in January? What is there to do at the resort at that time of year? What other things are there to see nearby? Thank you!

Hi, I haven't been to Vero Beach in January. It's on the treaure coast of Florida. In fact, if you take the little tour that a CM will give on certain days at the resort, you'll find out how Disney incorporated ideas of the treasure coast into the resort itself.

We went to the Mc Clarty Treasure Museum(772) 589-214713180 Highway A1a, Vero to learn more about the area. There are wildlife preserves. Once we went to the Harborbranch Oceanographic institute. It was in March, and there were manatees in the harbor at the institute.

We like to ride bikes on the Historic Jungle trail, you can get a map where you rent the bikes at the resort.

What is the weather like in January?

wiki says highs in the low 70s and lows in the 50s are normal. jan is not an especially rainy month for VB. but your results may vary...

And ocean temps are in the low 60s. Pool temp is 82 though
