Vero Beach to BWV on marathon day?

I am travelling from Vero Beach to BWV and I am wondering if I am going to encounter a problem with traffic when I get on WDW property as a result of the marathon?

Yes you probably will. There will be roads that are closed off because of the marathon.

Anybody have any idea how to avoid traffice troubles? If I checked in at a later time would that help or will there be less traffic if I go earlier?
