I have never been to Vero Beach but I am very interested in getting information about it. First of all, could someone point me in the direction of their website so I can see pictures of the resort?
Secondly, has anyone been there for New Year's Eve? We are going on a Christmas cruise and thinking of going to Vero Beach afterwards.
Has anyone cruised using DCL and also gone to Vero Beach? How do the two compare as far as activities go? Will it be a let down after being on the cruise? Also, are there inside activities in case the weather is chilly and can't swim outside?
Last question is, how far is the resort from Port Canaveral?
I appreciate any information that anyone can help me with!
Thanks!
Ann

We stayed there a couple of years ago. The resort is wonderful. At that time there were activities planned for the kids. The beach area here is ok. It is not powder white soft sand. The resort is at least one hour south of Port Canaveral.

We went 5(or maybe 6) years ago and I was not very impressed!! I would recomend asking for the Inn that way you wil probably get a great view room!! (Which we got after complaining:()
I was not thrilled with the food, But it all might of gotten better since our stay it was when it was first open.
