Vero Beach resale

Hi! Looking at a resale for VB. $74 for 120 points. 0 points for 2017 and 0 for 2018, but dues paid by seller for both years. 2019 brings the full amount of points. Thoughts on this one.

If you plan to stay at Vero most of the time, if not don't buy there. The price is high Vero should be in the mid $50s at most, and the dues are the highest of all the DVC units. If you want to stay at WDW most often, buy at WDW.

There’s been quite a few sales pending on a broker site fully loaded vb selling in the low 50’s.

If you don't plan to always stay at vero the you definitely have to weigh the high maintenance fee factor. Yes, you save quite a bit buying a $50 per point contract vs a $90 or $100, but the savings is quickly eaten up by paying $2+ more per point on your maintenance fees.
