i am staying at vero beach for two nights in May at a studio and i was just wondering if anyone could tell me how the studios are set up and possibly have some nice pictures. I have never been to vero and was just hoping someone could tell me some highlights of the resort and what i should request for the location..thank you everyone... :smooth:

I don't know much about it, but just booked today! We are getting a studio with a AAA discount for four nights. I didn't think the WDW website pictures were very good. I would really like to know what is in the area also. Anybody?????

We were there in January in what I believe was a studio with the kitchenette. I hope this is what you were looking for.

The pictures shown in the thread were shots of an Inn room - note the 2 queen beds. All studios have 1 queen and a sleep sofa.

In my opinion, the studios stink - for the same points you can have an ocean view Inn room, which is much nicer. The studios are laid out weird, and most have no view at all. I had one once, and will never do it again - it's back to the Inn for me, unless I'm in a beach cottage.

I haven't stayed in a studio at VB, but I agree I would (and have) rather stay in a ocean view Inn room. The big difference is the Inn rooms are in the main building. The studios are part of the extrenal buildings. (and don't have 2 beds.) We always stay in a Ocean view Inn room and love it. :goodvibes
We will be there in May too, the 9th to the 12th. :sunny:

I love VB in May. I think it is a great time of year to go. Have a good trip.

We will be in a studio, but it was a decision based on price. I wasn't worth the extra $60 a night to me to have an inn room.

Are you a DVC member?

I am guessing no if they are talking about cash vaules. Points for a studio and a Inn room are the same. Also DVC members get 25% off rack rates.

That's what I was wondering. Surprisingly enough, many DVC members don't know about that 25% discount availability. I wanted to make sure the OP did if they were a DVC member.
