Vero Beach Off Property Dining - Lunch

We have reservations for two dinners and two breakfasts at Wind and Waves in late September. Does anyone have any suggestions for suggestions in the area for lunch? We will be driving down from the Orlando area and looking for a lunch spot as we get near to the Vero Beach Resort as well as a lunch while we are at the Resort.

We did the Riverside Cafe for dinner last week but I know they are open at lunch. Food was great as was the setting.

We enjoy Ocean Grill in Vero Beach, that’s actually south of the resort. We also enjoy Captain Hiram’s In Sebastian.

Ocean Grill in Vero Beach

We are looking to stay at Vero Beach this year, now that we are locals. The Southern Pecan Rice is something we want to try.

I second the Riverside Cafe. Had a great lunch there last year.

Cape Canaveral is a ways north, but easily a day trip.

Even though Vero is small there is the Vero Beach Museum of Art, Riverside Theatre & McKee Botanical Garden
