vero beach lunch-not guest

hi. Can we eat/drink at Disney's Vero Beach Resort quick service restaurant if not a VB guest. We are DVC members. Not related to Covid restrictions for 2020--wondering for next spring. We will be in the area for a few days and might want to go get Mickey Waffles, or lunch, etc.

As locals, we never had a problem eating there or going to the spa but I’m not sure if they will have different policies in place once they reopen.
