Vero Beach how cold will the water be?

I have a question for you VB experts our there. We're going to Vero 3/25 to 3/29. DD (18) really wants to try the surfing lessons (which amazes me that she even wants to get into the water!). I'm wondering if the water will be too cold to swim in. Is it going to be warm enough for her to surf? Or a better questing would be, do they offer surfing lessons the end of March?

I'm wondering how my family that is used to being on the go will handle this relaxing vacation. I give us two days before we're going stir crazy!!

Thanks Bill. I figured the air temp would be upper 70's low 80's (we're used to going to FL the last week of March). We've never been to the east coast to know the water temp.

The water temp as of mid january 06 was shown as 70F -- so in march it should be alittle warmer.
