Vero Beach for Easter...ideas for brunch/dinner

Since this is our first time to the Vero Beach Resort, I'm welcoming any suggestions for our Easter Sunday meal, as well as any others for the rest of the week. Is there an Easter Brunch right at the resort?

I am pretty sure that the resort has a brunch every Sunday. As far as off site restaurants I like:
Mulligans
Captain Hirams
Ocean Grill
As far as activities, the McKee Gardens has "Frabel Reimagined" a very nice sculpture display through the end of April!

They have a special Easter Brunch where they combine the two sit-down restaurants, Shutters and Sonya's. The price is $33.16 per adult. We have reservations for 11:30am.

We LOVE the Ocean Grill, and never miss eating there when we go to Vero Beach!

It's a bit pricey, but oh-so-delicious!
