Vero Beach- Dining and Activities

We are checking in at DVB on Sunday! So excited! Can anyone tell me if the current Shutters is offering breakfast? Is it a buffet or characters? What are the meal options? I know Bleachers is closed but they are doing something to supplement.
Also, anyone have the current activity listings? Thanks so much!
