I don't follow direct availability but given that Sept is the lowest demand month for VB, I can't imagine it to be a problem. Don't day 1 at 7 months out I'd suspect about 100% chance of success for late Sept. Just be careful in that the dedicated units are the end units closest to the road so you want a lockoff there if possible to hope to get a decent view.

At 7 months out at VB for Sep 2013, all room sizes available except for the 3BRs which were usually missing 2 to 3 days a week.
