What are the chances of getting Vero Beach at 7 months out for the last week of June?

We would be interested in a 1-BR, 2 studios, or 2 inn rooms. Which would we have a better chance of getting?

Inn rooms are easier to get than others but for that time of year, you should have good chance for any you list; all were open at 7 months out for last week in June 2014.

Thank you. I just didn't know if it would be busier then since it's close to the 4th of July and the Daytona race. When we decide to go, I will definitely be on the phone at exactly 7 months out.
