Vero at the end of April?

Thinking of planning a combined WDW and Vero beach trip for the end of April. However, I have yet to have been to Vero. So, I thought I would ask my DVC friends and experts.

How is Vero at that time of year? In particular it would be the week of April 23-29. I am guessing that it would be nice that time of year. Any info would be much appreciated.

P.S. Don't you just love that fact that we can all have a trip like this and have it all covered with points. ROCK ON DVC!!!

I have been to Vero in early May several times, and it's always great. I'm sure mid to late April should be good as well.

I was able to visit Vero the end of April this year and the weather was very nice and very HOT. It was 90 and coming from Michigan we were sweltering . But after a couple of days we headed over to disney and the heat didn't even bother us by then . We didn't find Vero to be busy at all. Never even had a problem getting into Sonya's or shutter's. Susan
