Vern Yip is a designer from TLC's Trading Spaces.

He's one of the good ones, and believe me, there aren't many that are consistently good.

Thank you for asking exactly what I was thinking. I couldn't even figure out why I was reading the thread, except that maybe I would find out who in the world Vern Yip was.
