Verizon MOVIE TIX? charged but NO EMAIL conf

they charged my card but i've received no tix, no email, nada.

i've emailed them several times, no reply.

has any one else encoutered this?

i would give them til monday myself. I think they have been overwhelmed with the response and are working to get everything processed. I was charged for all my tickets but just got confirmation emails today.
