Verifying Reservation

I'm not sure if this is exactly the right place to post this, but I am hoping someone here can help me.

We are renting DVC points for our January vacation. I called MS in June to verify our reservation & set off our deposit. I've talked with the member on the phone & I have no doubts that she is legitimate & our reservation will be there in January, but still I wanted to verify again & add a bit of information to the reservation. I called MS today to do that & they said they could not talk to non-members. I think I read something about that here a while back.

Is there some other way to go about doing this? Could I call Beach Club Villas directly?

DVC changed the policy a couple of months back because there were too many non-members calling. They will only speak to DVC members about ressies.

Calling the resort isn't an option because your ressie isn't loaded into their system until 4 - 7 days before your arrival.

You'll need to ask your DVC Member to call MS for you.
