We were on the Wonder last October and we really enjoyed our verandah. We don't often do special vacations and seeing this was a special 25th anniversary cruise we decided to go all out when we did go. It was so peaceful in the morning drinking coffee or mamosas in our robes on the verandah. We got some beautiful pictures of sunrises and sunsets. It was a wonderful way to end and evening. One night was left the door open so we could listen to the ship sail through the waves-until the door blew shut and we nearly jumped out of bed-haha!
We did 4 cruises with a veranda, and then did a 3 night inside in Oct. I missed the veranda, but not as much as I thought I would. I did miss the extra storage space in the Cat 11, and don't think we could do a 7 night without the extra room. I will definitely consider sailing without one again.
