I haven't, but I have friends who have ordered from them a lot. I was very happy with the customer service. I entered my email wrong on the order and didn't realize until after I placed the order. I just emailed them with my order number and correct email, and they sent me the tracking number. My order also shipped the day I placed it.

Thanks for this OP. I was actually looking for something specific and wasn't finding anything online. I was just going to head to the Vera Bradley Outlet over the weekend. I never heard of this site. I found exactly what I was looking for and ordered it last night (along with a couple of other things). It was even at the price I thought it should be. My ordered shipped today and should even arrive before Christmas. Really appreciate this share!
