I blame you for the $160 I just lost to Vera Bradley

I love Vera Bradley but I have a ton of bags already (all bought on really goods sales) I think the last time I bought anything was this time last year the Memorial Day sale at the outlet seems to be the best! We don't have an outlet anywhere close so I placed a phone order last year. When I called last year I was trying to call the one in Orlando but I couldn't get through. I called a few more with no answer until I finally got through to the one in Philadelphia right before closing time. She was so helpful and patient and even enclosed a hand written thank you note. I ended up getting the box the day after Memorial Day so I was seriously shocked it came so fast!

I called the same store just a few minutes ago. I probably drove the girl crazy but she was very helpful and patient with me for 15 minutes while I looked at the colors online and changed my mind a lot. It's the newly retired colors that they have mostly and a few others. I'm not crazy about the newly retired colors so it was hard to decide. I already have 2 large duffels but I ordered 2 more. We just got back from driving to Disney for the first time and the soft sided bags were so much easier to pack! I would never use them if I was flying though except for maybe carry on. I might gift one of them though. I also got 2 Get Carried Away totes. I have one and it's been awesome for traveling. It's huge, I could fit my 21 month old in there with room to spare! I got one for me and one for my mom for her birthday. All 4 items will fix it one box so only $8 shipping.

Seriously love my Vera bags! The Get carried away tote I have I took as a carry on bag last year on our flight to Orlando. The floor was sticky and I think an entire coffee was split on it and it got so dirty. I washed it when I got home and all the stains came right out and it still looks brand new! Definitely great bags if you have kids. Worth the money but there are always good sales!

we just traveled from Albany, NY to Philly for the weekend, stopped at the Woodbury Commons Outlet. Had a large clearance section with many bags already marked down to $20-30 and tons of accessories that were then an additional 60% off. If you spent $100, you got a free small duffel. I just haven't happened to love the patterns lately, so shockingly, I got nothing! But worth the trip if you're a big fan. There's also a LeSportsac outlet there. They make things good for traveling, but I didn't stop by this time.

So how do I know what's on sale? Is there a way of knowing what the outlets carry, or do they carry everything a normal store does and I just have to call and see if they have it in stock? TIA!

I took my mom yesterday to Leesburg Premium outlets and she bought a purse. They have everything. I saw cat carriers, large bags, back packs, purses, diaper bags, etc. Everything in the store was 60% off.

I also went to the Coach outlet. They had 50% off everything. In reality, it's even more, because everything is discounted from the retail first. I bought a leather shoulder bag that was 40% off retail and then 50% off that. I got a $398 purse for $124. The outlets are all having huge sales.

Glad you guys were able to find some sales! I, myself, got a large duffel in Baroque to match the Miller bag I have, and scored some of the large fabric napkins in Heather color for $1 each! the duffel was $34 and I had a $18 credit so I was out the door for $20. I could have done some serious damage, but good thing our yard work kept me home all weekend.
