Vera Bradley Black Friday

DD12 asked for a vera bradley purse for Christmas today. But of course both of the ones she likes is sold out on line Do you think they will have anything on Black Friday? The sale now is really good and I hate she didn't mention it a few days ago

Check your local store that carries vb to see if they are going to do a big BF sale. I know that last yr, my local VB (not a signature store, but one that is privately owned) did a very impressive BF sale. I couldn't make it to the sale, but they had some good deals.

I got a postcard about a black friday sale, which I can't find at the moment, but our VB stores are doing maybe 25% off until a certain time and then after that it was going to 20%. Sorry I'm not sure help.....

I have purchased many things on there and with one exception, where I didn't state no smoking, and they didn't disclose it, I have gotten exactly what I asked for, often in better condition, and at great prices. You can post whatever it is you are looking for, if dogs or cats are OK or not, you can say that, if you want NWT or EUC, whatever, just say it and if someone has what you want, they will post a price. If nothing else, you just won't find what you are looking for.

I would also call around to any stores in your area to see if they would have it. And also consider Ebay.

I recently had a similar dilemma - great sale online but the item I wanted was sold out online.

I called the outlet store in Massachusetts and they had the item and shipped it to me. Shipping was $8 for a whole order (of course once I found they had what I wanted I had to add a few more things) and I received it a few days later.

And the woman who helped me was as nice as can be. There was one item they didn't have that I asked about and they called me a few weeks later to tell me that they had it and did I want it shipped. Of course that led to a few more items being added.

The outlet store would have been almost a 4 hour drive so I'm glad I asked if they shipped items. Makes it a lot easier.

I did the same thing before. I just looked up the outlet stores online and called during one of their busy sales and they gladly looked for the item I wanted while I waiting on the phone and had it and shipped to me. Great experience.
