Venue confirmation one year out?

Hi guys! My mother was just asking me when one typically finds out which of their venue choices and times they are selected for from the lottery system. Is it literally one year out (if that day is a weekday) or is that date when they start seeing who gets what and you get a call or email or whatever soon after? I don't know the answer and am now curious of what everyone else has experienced in terms of this. TIA!

For our Wishes wedding, our 1 year out day was a Sunday, and we heard back on that Tuesday. I did email our consultant on the Monday, and she said that she was submitting for formal confirmation before she emailed us.
