Okay so today i was supposed to go to this beach i REALLY like. So we were waiting in traffic for like 2 hours just to get there. So my mom and dad finally decided that we were just going to go to another beach. I was really mad but it didn't matter. So then when we turned the car around we saw the traffic moving 
. Just our luck!
Once we got to the other beach we parked in a parking lot a mile away from the beach we wanted to go to
. So we had to walk the whole way. Once we got there we put everything down and sat down. Me and my dad had i catch with a hard ball. When I threw(sp?) the softball to him it hit the top of his finger. His finger-nail broke a little bit and it was bleeding a lot. He thought he broke it(we found out later he didn't case he said it didn't hurt). So we stopped the catch. Then biting flies come over by us and start biting us!After a while we figured out that there was a dumpster behind the wall where we were sitting!
So my dad went down farther on the beach to see if the "Fly situation" was any better. And it was. So we had to move everything down. Once we sat down we saw yellow jackets. But they went away after awhile. We were still getting bit by the flys but not as bad. Then we notice this huge crowd by the water. It was some kind of baptism with really bad singing and it was annoying. So we decided to eat our lunch.
Once we got the food out the fly's and yellow jackets came back out! Me and my dad had another catch.Luckily nothing went wrong this time. I started practicing my cart-wheels(sp?). I tried a one-handed one and hurt my wrist really bad. I went over to the blanket and my mom said it was probably a sprain. Then i noticed that a bone was popped out
. We decided to leave. We had to walk all the way back to the car again- me having a sprained wrist and my dad with his finger. Now i'm home and have ice on my wrist .
I'm really mad because I can't practice my cart-wheels any more and cheerleading tryouts are next week.
