Velvet & oil painting

Does anyone have any info on this painting? It's of the Mark Twain river boat ride and painted on black velvet with oils. It is signed by the name Williams and is backlight through the window openings. It's large approx 3'X5'. I can't find anything on it. Thank you Disney Friends! PS..I don't know how to post pics yet

It's the Mark Twain leaving the dock and boat she'd, I believe where guests board. The sky is almost solid black velvet and the little windows really light up. There is a power cord with an on/off switch.

Also the lights are multicolored not white.
