Veggie skillet option?

Just curious. . . Does anyone know or has anyone had a 'vegetarian' skillet at Whispering Canyon Cafe? I won't have a problem with the Quinoa Cakes option on the menu-----but was wondering if they had a vegetarian skillet. The salad, coleslaw, cornbread, corn, mashed potatoes. . . and maybe an extra vegetable or something for the missing meat? . . .I'm guessing the beans aren't vegetarian here. Let me know if it has been done and/or experienced!?

My DF is a veggie and when we went he was offered a tomato and vegetable pasta as the veggie option. I'm sure it was lovely but I just remember how good the corn bread was - yum!

I was having the skillet so if he wanted anything from it he could have but I don't remember him having any.
