Again don't mean to BUMP my own post, but I posted this on New Years Day when the boards were quiet.

Can anyone help?

I had it in Dec. It was OK, nothing to rave about. I wouldn't order it again.

It's zucchini, eggplant and pasta with a mild tomato sauce. I thought the pasta was a little tough and although it doesn't say it on the menu, I could have sworn there was some cheese in the lasagne. Tasted like it anyway.

I also had the onion soup and it was wonderful!

If its the same Veggie Lasagne they have in Pop Century - both my DH and 2 friends of ours (all of which are vegetarians) loved them. They plan to make a special trip back to Pop just to have it again - I'm gonna let them know its at Chef de France too!
