I am going to WDW in December (1-8)and I am travelling with two friends. We each have a child (ages 7, 8 and 11). One friend is a vegetarian (no meat or fish but eats eggs and dairy foods) and the rest of us are meat and fish eaters. Could you WDW restaurant experts recommend a few places where there will be nice meals suitable for all in the party. The more suggestions the better. Thank you. Sorry about the typo in the title. It should of course say meat eaters but I was unableto edit it

My wife is a vegetarian so I've been doing the same type of research. The TS meals (especially buffets) seem to have plenty of choices but there are also some pretty good CS options in the parks. I've been compiling a list of veg-friendly menu items for those quick meals. Here are some:

Magic Kingdom:

Columbia Harbour House
Liberty Square
-Vegetarian Chili
-Hummus/Tomato/Broccoli Sandwich

Cosmic Rays Starlight Cafe
Tomorrowland
-Veggie Wrap
-Veggie Burger

Tomorrowland Noodle Station
Tomorrowland
-Veggie Noodles w/ Tofu

Peco's Bill's
Frontierland
-Veggie Burger

Epcot:

Liberty Inn
America Pavillion
-Veggie Wrap
-Veggie Burger

Lotus Blossom Cafe
China
-Veggie Stir Fry

Electric Umbrella
Future World / Innovations East
-Vegetarian Chili
-Veggie Wrap w/ Hummus

Sunshine Seasons
Future World / The Land
-Grilled Veggie Sandwich
-Vegetarian Entree (whatever that means)

I 100% agree on Boma. One of my most favorite meals there was when my vegetarian friend introduced my carnivore husband to so many different dishes. She would take him up to the buffet and point out different thing for him to try. He probably had more non meat dishes in that one meal than he ever had in his entire life.

At another meal, I encouraged my son to mix the salad dressings together and he ate so much lettuce, I thought he'd hop out of there!

Any place you want to try will be very accommodating! I am a vegetarian and my Dh is not. One of my favorites is Coral Reef. The only 2x not so good has been Le Cellier. The first time was horrid, I was stuck with a ceasar salad, the 2nd time I didnt really like the butternut squash ravioli. It just wasnt something I enjoyed. So they are off the list this year.

The tofu at Sci-fi is wonderful! Garden Grill was great, Crystal Palace was wonderful. The plaza had a good sandwich, Chefs de France was very good. Tangerine Cafe is my favorite Counter service. All most all the Cs have a veggie burger available.
