Vegetarian options

Going to Universal for the first time in 6 years. My college aged daughter has since become a vegetarian (not vegan yet). Wanting to know good options in the park and CityWalk besides salads, fries, and Beyond Burger. Disney has so many creative options now so I’m hoping Universal has followed suit. She is particularly interested in HP restaurants.

Margaritaville has a special vegetarian menu you can ask for - I had absolutely fantastic tacos from it. Antojitos has lots of vegetarian options too. I had the best vegetarian sandwich ever at Breadbox. I convinced my family to go back 3x it was so good. Thunder Falls in IOA has great sides that I ordered to make a meal - just be sure to ask which are vegetarian, it seems to me one of them had chicken stock.

My vegetarian daughter found things to eat at Toothsome and the Breadbox. We were staying at RPH and I know she found something reasonable to order at Jakes there. She also got the veggie wrap at Confisco Grille at IOA I think.
