Vegetarian options at Sci Fi for lunch?

I noticed that there don't seem to be any vegetarian options on the Sci Fi Diner lunch menu - has anyone ever ordered anything special there or gotten anything decent that was a variation of one of the non-veg. options?

Unfortunately, there are only a few vegetarian options. They are the vegetable potato bake and they also have a veggie burger which is not on the menu. Hope your vacation is awesome.

I had an amazing experience at the Sci Fi for lunch. I am vegetarian also, and was perusing the menu before we went in and had decided they didn't really have anything for me. The CM at the podium encouraged me to come on in, so we did. They sent Chef Ernie out to our car and he talked with me for 10 minutes about what I might like. I asked him if they had any tofu and he said he could get it. So he suggested a coconut encrusted tofu cutlet on some kind of noodles with bok choy, mushrooms, carrots, greenbeans and some other veggies. He went to The Brown Derby HIMSELF to get the tofu. It was divine. They charged me for a mid-menu priced item. I will always have a special place in my heart for Chef Ernie, our server Sophia and the Sci Fi. In fact, we're having dinner there on September 4th! Yayyyy!

Thank you for this thread! Does anyone know if the vegetable potato bake is available for lunch? The menus over at allearsnet only have the vegetable potato bake on the dinner menu.
