Vegetarian Meals

I will be traveling to WDW in September with some family members who are vegetarian and was hoping someone could suggest restaurant/buffets that serve a variety of vegetarian selections.

Any ideas?

For a great veggie meal - try the vegetarian cous cous at Restaurant Marrakesh (Morroco @ Epcot's World Showcase). It is fantastic!!

Eating in the MK was difficult. Astro-something has veggie burgers. I settled on pizza at Tony's. I read that Columbia Harbor House has hummus wraps, so I am going to try that next time!!
