Has anyone had an animal friendly meal at LTT? I want to know if I should order a veggie meal, or just get the regular one and just eat the salad, potatoes, and mac and cheese! (I could most definitely make a meal out of that!)

My son and I ate dinner there in September '06. They made me some type of vegetarian dish....sorry, I don't remember now what it was....pasta with veggies maybe? Of course, I could also eat the bread, salad, dessert, and other veggies on the table. I definitely didn't go hungry!!:thumbsup2

We ate at LTT with two vegetarians and the chef there made a special meal for them.

You're going for dinner, I presume? Definitely order the vegetarian item, as it will cost you the same and you can still eat all the sides, too. I've never eaten at LTT, but this is what I always do at 'Ohana, another restaurant that serves family style.

I believe the vegetarian choice at LTT for lunch is now a noodle/vegetable/tofu dish. That's probably what they'd bring you for dinner.

Sorry to hijack this thread, but what is the vegetarian offering at Ohana?

Me too! I want to know both LTT for dinner and Ohana's for dinner. Everyone in my party would love all the meat at Ohana's but I see very little I would eat.

Sounds like pasta primavera. They served it at GG and it was DELISH!

Hijacker! Hijacker!

you're not hijacking. I'd like to know that too. I'm a very picky veg! lol

Oh you want to know too? Well then it's okay. Ha ha, just kidding. I spent the last several hours on a school bus with 45 preschoolers going to a play so my brain is a little .

The 'Ohana dish was noodles with vegetables (same veggies as the side dish for everyone else) and tofu with a "miso reduction" (a miso broth served in a press pot that you pour on yourself). It was really outstanding--so good that my non-vegetarian dd tried to bogart the whole thing. Thankfully, there were fried wontons and bread pudding to keep me going.
