Xmas and Thanksgiving I get a Quorn roast (easy to pop in an oven bag and cook). For easter we do filled ravioli-this year we picked up some spinach and cheese ravioli from Costco.

Quorn is a meat subsitiute made from mycoprotien-it's easy to cook and meat like, but vegetarian. It can be found at most major supermarkets.
