Vegetarian Friendly places?

We are headed to the World in No. My mom is coming with me and she is a vegetarian. Not strict, she eats some chicken now and then and fish. So I was wondering as I begin to plan those AR's, where are some good places that will please all of us? My DH will eat anything, I have to watch sugar and refined flours due to hypoglycemia and my kids are 13 and 10. Any help or opinions are greatly appreciated as always. You guys on this board are a great help!

Pretty much all WDW restaurants are vegetarian-friendly. I have never had a problem finding something to eat, and I don't eat any fish or chicken. Your mom should be fine at any restaurant. If you want some specific ideas, here's a link to my dining reviews from my May trip:

I would suggest Boma. It will have selections you have never thought or heard of, and is wonderful.

I second the suggestion for Boma. Also, I have found that the Crystal Palace usually has at least 2 non-meat selections on the main buffet. They might not be vegan though. Last time I had a WONDERFUL alfredo-style pasta with basil and wild mushrooms- yum!

Has the menus for all the restaurants in WDW. I am sure that you will find some good things to eat there.
Click on dining, then the menus. It can be fun to "shop" for delicious food!
