DS's GF is a vegetarian. We have adr's at Chefs de France and Coral Reef so far. Do the TS have vegetarian entrees that aren't on the posted menu? I would hate to have her eating mac and cheese at every TS.

DD is now vegetarian. We had a wonderful experience at Teppan Edo. The head chef came out to talk with her about, for example, whether she eats noodles made with egg and if she wanted her food cooked with separate utensils from everyone else's. They were very careful!

As DD also has a nut allergy, we've experienced that level of detail whenever dietary concerns come up over the years.

As another vegetarian, this is really good to know!

A lot of us vegetarians have posted info and reviews on the vegetarian thread so definitely check that out. There are a couple of restaurants with a separate vegetarian menu. San Angel Inn, La Haceienda de San Angel, Hoop Dee Doo, and California Grill for instance all do. These menus can be found with a simple google image search of the restaurant name and "vegetarian menu." For any restaurant that doesn't have a vegetarian menu or entree listed on the regular menu, they will be happy to accommodate by making something off menu. Some places like Ohana dinner have a standard vegetarian offering that just isn't listed on any menu, but can be prepared on the spot (chips & hummus, veggie tofu stir fry, vegan ice cream upon request). Garden Grill also has a standard vegetarian offering not listed on any menu that includes a veggie loaf with tomato sauce along with all the standard side dishes. Also, the restaurants are great at substituting things on the menu. For instance at the Bon Voyage breakfast, the pancakes entree comes with meat and they were happy to sub potatoes for me. If you have any questions about specific restaurants, post on the vegetarian thread and I'm sure one of us will be able to help.
