Vegetarian at Teppan Edo

Have any vegetarians gone to Teppan Edo? I don't see tofu on their menu at all. I was wondering if they would cook that up for us non-meat eaters.

I am not sure they even have access to tofu. But you could most likely order extra veggies.

I'm sure I saw a vegetarian Teppan Edo review recently, they made the rice and veggies for the vegetarian first before they started making the meat for everyone else.

Can't remember any other details though.
