Anyone have a picture of the Vegetable Enchilada at Whispering Canyon? We are eating there next week and that is the only thing that looks interesting to me...

I had it and thought it was gross! I am a vegetarian so it was the only thing on the menu.

It tasted like baked bean thrown into a shell with fixing on top. It was NOT very good and I only ate a few bites. I was very disappointed in it.

I don't have a picture, but I did eat it and love it. Although, I have read other people hated it.
