Vegas Time Share for Trade

Ok, I have a floating week for a 1 BR at Polo Towers in Vegas I will not be using this year. I am looking to trade it for 70 DVC points. This would equal about $700 at the current average points rental rate. Paying OOP for a week at Polo Towers would be over $1500; it truly is one of the nicest resorts on the strip. Given the rising costs of hotels in vegas (a week at Paris in March or April will run you around $1300), this is a bargain. I would like to use these some time on Dec 30-Jan 7, 2007 in addition to my own points. I am open to any resort.

For those unfamiliar with Polo Towers, it is in the heart of the strip by Ceasar's and Bellagio. The rooms are elegant and rival those at Paris, Bellagio and Monte Carlo, for a much cheaper price.

This is much cheaper than trading with Interval, as Interval costs 160 points and has a fee involved.

The one bedroom sleeps 4. It has a Murphy bed in the living room, which is actually pretty comfortable... better than the sofa beds at a lot of places.

I just want to add that this is available for pretty much any week, but obviously for super busy weeks (Comdex, etc) then it books fast. So if you are interested, the sooner the better.

I was doing some research and Comdex was cancelled last year and may be cancelled again this year. So the only date that would be an issue is the week with New Years Eve in it.
