Vegan Xmas meal at or near DLP?

Hi folks, as I mentioned on another thread i am coming to DLP for the first time with my other half at Xmas.

We are staying one mile out of Disneyland itself and I wondered if there were any options for us, both being vegan, in terms of restaurants nearby that would cater for us?

Any help is really welcome.

for non disney places i would recommend using happycow.com...they will list all of the places that are vegan or veg friendly closest to you.
