Vegan Options at Disneyland

Aloha! I'm going to be traveling to Disneyland with a vegan friend soon. Could anyone please tell me the vegan options throughout DLR? We've been there before and find it impossible to find many options, and even the chefs were confused when we asked if they knew where we could find some (My friend didn't want chili, so we asked the chef at Pacific Wharf, and he was no help)

Call Disney Dining and ask to be put through to the chef in charge of food issues/problems. Leave a detailed message for the chef. He should call you back and discuss options.

The restaurants have ingredient lists of pretty much everything (well, except for the $15 birthday cake that comes in a treasure chest...that ingredient list seems to be kept under lock and key!) and you can always ask to see that and step to the side.

At table service places you can ask for things to made differently...take a veggie item and have them leave off cheese etc.
