Vegan Food in the World....

And I'm not interested in Pasta. So what do you suggest? Any vegans out there who have visited the world and can give me some suggestions. We are currently only eating raw foods, which means nothing cooked, so it's mostly salads and fruits for us.

Any good meatless salads out there?

From personal experience...I highly recommend the Spinach Salad at either the Wolfgang Puck Express, Cafe Express, or Cafe...it's the same salad at all locations...the first two are counter service and the last is table service...to make the entree salad vegan ask for them to hold the cheese...it is yummy...caramelized pecans, granny smith apples, spinach, and sherry vinagrette...taaaaaaaaasty!...

I KNOW there are other entree salads on the Wolfgang menus...I am not sure how pleasing they would be in vegan version...but check them out...

Crystal Palace had a LOT of salad options...but because they are premade, I am not sure how many are vegan...many have cheese added...hmmmmm

I am not sure where you are staying...but the Beach Club Marketplace has the rip tide salad which is made for you for various options, so you could pick what you want...here's my pics from that...

I would also check out the 8 days of delicious dining reviews...vegetarian...on the dining review board...she often has recs for making the dishes vegan and her take on that...and she has pics and is fun to read...

My BIL and SIL only eat raw. They are going with us to Disney at the end of the month. I will let you know how it goes after our trip.
